SHACK/WHY

Why Sierra Has Not

There comes a time in everybody's life when they just get so excited about something, excited...prematurely, that they suddenly spurt out .. in a rant! A rant so full of rage, that, in the process of writing, the author may have had an expression such as the one depicted in the picture on the right. Yeah, that's right, I want to kill someone. So maybe those Sierra bastards should start running.

So what is it that has me so cranked up? It's all this feckin' waiting. I mean why do we have to wait till May 1st for the new info to come out ... why do we have to wait till May 1st for the new site layouts to come out, even though I don't give a shit it's still something to complain about. Most importantly why the fuck do we have to wait for Sierra to get off their fucking ass and make us an official EE site!

Well, the idea of this is to answer that question. To understand this better we should maybe look at what the problems are.

Problem No 1
Well, the first major problem I can see is Sierra Studios layout.

Problem No.1

As you can see this is a huge problem. To keep this bar with an even amount of game titles on each side, they are going to have to wait for another game company with a prospective game to be signed to Sierra. How long will this take? I just can't say. But it better be before May 1st!

Problem No 2
crackhead.jpg (22836 bytes)The second problem is that the Sierra web designers are hard crack addicts. These people at 8:30 on a Monday morning have been surveyed as to what they are likely to say. These are the results.

  • Most likely to say, "Hey John Boy, pass those skins here"

  • Least likely to say, "I'm late for work, help me find my tie"

As we can see from this survey, it is highly unlikely that these people get very much work done between their 'crack' parties, and talking to their 'crack head' friends.

So ... what in the fuck is all this about you may be wondering ... I dunno, I just wanted to get some stuff off my chest.
